Terms of service

1. Provider

The Propertory platform is provided by GeniumLab s.r.o. ("Propertory", "we"). Contact: hello@geniumlab.com.

2. Scope of these terms

This page describes the general terms applying to use of the website and to platform access granted to customers. Where a written service agreement exists between Propertory and a customer, that agreement governs pricing, service levels, term, and liability, and prevails over any conflicting statement here.

3. Accounts and access

Platform access is granted to organisations, which administer their own users and roles. Customers are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for the actions taken by their users, and for ensuring that access is removed when a user leaves their organisation.

4. Acceptable use

Customers and users must not:

• attempt to access data belonging to another tenant;
• probe, scan or interfere with the security or availability of the service;
• use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications;
• upload personal data they are not lawfully entitled to process;
• reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the platform without written agreement.

5. Customer data

Data entered into or synchronised with the platform remains the customer's. Propertory processes it to provide the service, in accordance with the applicable service agreement and our privacy policy . Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis for the guest and owner data they process through the platform.

6. Automated features

The platform includes automated and AI-assisted features. These operate within scopes and approval settings configured by the customer. Customers remain responsible for reviewing configuration, for the actions their configuration permits, and for output that is sent to guests, owners or authorities.

7. Third-party connectivity

The platform connects to third-party systems. Availability and behaviour of those systems are outside our control, and interruptions there may affect data synchronisation. We describe current connectivity honestly on our integrations page and make no commitment regarding features described there as planned.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and may perform maintenance, which we aim to schedule to minimise disruption. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops; material changes affecting a customer's use are communicated to that customer.

9. Fees

Fees, billing period and payment terms are set in the customer's service agreement. Website content, including the pricing page, is informational and is not an offer.

10. Term and termination

Term and notice periods are set in the service agreement. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms, threatens the security of the service, or where fees remain unpaid after notice. On termination, customers may request an export of their data within the period stated in their agreement.

11. Liability

The service is provided without warranty beyond what is set out in the applicable service agreement and what cannot be excluded by law. Liability is limited as set out in that agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Website content

Content on this website is provided for information. Guides and resources describe general operational practice and are not legal, tax or accounting advice.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, with disputes subject to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, unless the customer's service agreement provides otherwise.
