What counts as a property?
Each active managed property or apartment unit in your Propertory account counts as one property at €15 per month.
Is AI included?
Yes. AI reply assistance and operational AI are included in the subscription under a fair-use policy, with no separate AI plan to buy.
What does fair use mean?
Routine AI use by a property management team is included. Fair use exists to protect the service from automated abuse and exceptionally intensive workloads. There are no automatic overage charges, and we would talk to you before discussing additional capacity.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a credit card.
What happens after 14 days?
At the end of the trial you decide whether to continue on the paid subscription at €15 per property per month. Subscription details are confirmed with you before activation.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. Cancellation terms for a running subscription are confirmed in writing before activation.
Are there setup fees?
No mandatory setup fee. Only separately scoped work—such as custom development or exceptional migration—requires a separate written quote.
Is onboarding included?
Standard onboarding guidance and support through our current channels are included. Exceptional data migration or bespoke integration work is scoped separately.
Does Propertory replace Beds24?
No. Propertory is the property-management operations layer and currently connects through Beds24 for reservation and channel data. It does not replace your channel manager.
